A woman drove me to drink and I didn't have the decency to thank her.

Tasting Notes

Summary: This hoppy bitter beer is very refreshing after a hard day's work and can be enjoyed any day of the year. It also goes great with the marinated steak tips from your local pub.
Style: India Pale Ale
Appearance: The beer pours cleanly into the glass and forms a nice white foam head on the surface. As you drink the beer the foam leaves a lace pattern on the side of the glass.
Aroma: A strong flowery scent created by the hops is most noticeable before each sip.
Taste: The first sip is very bitter and is soon followed by a more sweet mellow flavor. Once swallowed a slightly bitter aftertaste lingers in the mouth. With the combination of bitter hops and sweet malts this beer keeps you coming back for more and before you know it your glass is empty!
