Late Summer Bruchetta Ingredients: 1 loaf crusty bread 3-5 small ripe tomatoes olive oil chopped garlic fresh basil or oregano pepperoni grated mozzarella Cut bread lengthwise and drizzle each side with olive oil. Spread chopped garlic on each side. (you decide how much to use) Thinly slice tomatoes and layer them on each side to cover bread. Do the same with the fresh herbs, pepperoni, and cheese. Heat oven to 325 and bake 15-20 minutes until toasty.
