Danielle's Mac & Cheese Ingredients: - 1.5 lbs of elbow macaroni - 1 cup chopped bell peppers (any color) - 1 package (5 links) Hillshire Farms cheddar wurst - 1 16oz package Velvetta cheese - 1/2 cup heavy cream Recipie: - Boil peppers with macaroni until the macaroni is tender. - Melt cheese with heavy cream in microwave on medium power until cheese mixture is smooth. - Chop cheddar wurst into bite size pieces. - Butter a 9X11 baking dish. - Drain the pasta and peppers; return to pot. - Add the cheese and cheddar wurst to pot. - Stir until mixed. - Pour into baking dish. - Cover with breadcrumbs (optional). - Bake at 350F for 30 minutes. - Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
