Danielle's Easy No Fuss Pulled Pork Makes 8 Big yummy sandwiches. You will need 1 large crock pot. Boneless pork rib roast. For this recipe I used 5 lbs of pork and Jack Daniel's sizzling smokehouse blend BBQ sauce. Rinse pork and pat dry. Place in crock pot. Pour 1/2 of the BBQ sauce over the top of the pork. Cover crock pot, set to low for 8-10 hours. After 8-10 hours remove meat to plate, leave juices in crock pot. Using 2 forks pull and shred pork. Return to crock pot to soak up juices. Once meat has absorbed juices it's time to serve. To Serve: Rolls of your choice, and remaining BBQ sauce. Note: last months creamy coleslaw is killer with these sandwiches!
