This wine from the Mosel Valley in Germany has a very light champagne color that is clear with tiny bubbles clinging to the bottom of the glass (note: this is not a carbonated wine). A nice fruity peach and apple aroma is followed by a taste with a little bite. This wine has a pleasant balance of acidity and sweetness. It would be very nice with cheese and would pair well with chicken or fish.
