Preparation:
2 cups orange juice, chilled
2 cups peach nectar, chilled
1 bottle (1 liter) regular or nonalcoholic dry champagne or
sparkling wine, chilled
Success Hint:
For the best flavor and punch, serve mimosas icy cold in frosty
glasses. To frost, place glasses on a tray and freeze 1 hour or
more until serving time.
Variation:
Use cranberry or cran-raspberry juice cocktail for the peach
nectar. Or instead of blending juices, use 4 cups of orange juice.
