Late Summer Bruchetta
1 loaf crusty bread
3-5 small ripe tomatoes
fresh basil or oregano
Cut bread lengthwise and drizzle each side with olive oil.
Spread chopped garlic on each side.
(you decide how much to use!)
Thinly slice tomatoes and layer them on each side to cover bread. Do the same with
the fresh herbs, pepperoni, and cheese.
Heat oven to 325 and bake 15-20 minutes until toasty.
Finished bread ready to eat!
